What to do if my item arrives damaged ?......

If any of our items arrive to you damaged, please take quality pictures and email us at [email protected].

We are happy to send out a like for like item, damaged items must be returned within 7 days.

What if i change my mind ?...

We are happy to exchange or refund items, please contact us within 5 days of reciept of the item and return within 7days, all items must be unused and tagged.

Please send all items back in the original condition, unused, in the original packaging.

Can I try on at a hair trial ?...

Items will not be refunded if any products have been used for a hair trial and have changed your mind, these will be classed as used.

Do you refund postage? 

We do not provide refunds on postal costs for unwanted items

Buyers are responsible for the cost of postal return costs.

What wont you refund ? 

All of our items are made in a delicate manner, we will not refund items that have been broken due to heavy hands.

We will not refund any items used for hair trials etc, we will check for residue of hair sprays and signs of wear.

All items must be returned in an un used tagged condition.
